For more than 20 years, Connection Coalition has partnered with community agencies, healthcare organizations , and schools, using yoga to strengthen physical and mental health, expand emotional capacity, and build resilience.

We’ve Partnered With

Who We Are

Connection Coalition began in 2003, when founder Terri Cooper Space started bringing yoga to women in recovery and youth involved in the juvenile justice system. What began as a grassroots community outreach effort grew into a nonprofit organization in 2012, dedicated to making evidence-informed yoga and mind-body practices accessible to the people and communities who need them most.

Over the past two decades, Connection Coalition has partnered with schools, healthcare organizations, recovery programs, and community agencies throughout South Florida, serving more than 10,000 youth and adults and training more than 5,000 leaders across 26 states.
