A Community for Spiritual Advancement

Connection Coalition (CoCo) is a sanctuary for those seeking deeper connection—to themselves, to spirit, to the earth, and to one another. We welcome all faiths and backgrounds into a loving community where the practices of yoga, meditation, and mindfulness serve as the bridge to personal and collective transformation.

Our Mission

To foster spiritual growth and emotional healing through the integration of ancient wisdom and contemporary practices. Rooted in traditional yoga philosophy and embracing a new-age perspective, we are dedicated to helping individuals connect to their best and highest selves.

Unlike traditional institutions, we’re not bound by rigid doctrines or exclusivity. Instead, CoCo embraces a philosophy of inclusivity and curiosity. Here, you’ll find:

  • No Judgments, Only Support: A welcoming environment where your journey is honored.

  • No Dogma, Only Truth: Teachings that resonate with your unique path.

  • No Barriers, Only Bridges: Practices that connect mind, body, and spirit in harmony.

A Space for Every Seeker

At CoCo, we honor the diversity of the human experience. Whether your goal is to heal, to grow, or simply to be, we’re here to walk beside you. Together, we create a tapestry of connection and possibility.

Spirit: That mystical force of love and connection that binds us to ourselves, each other, the earth, and our highest purpose of love, prosperity, and sacred truth. Others may call it God, Yahweh, Allah, or by other names, and we welcome community members to honor their individual beliefs.
