Congratulations to this courageous group of students who invested in learning and exploring trauma informed practices for self and the collective! We hear some of the yogis are ready to volunteer teach in a nonprofit center in the local area🎉🎉 . T Self-awareness Self-regulation Self-control . These are invaluable tools to learn at *any* age. .
